Protein-protein interaction (PPI) networks are becoming increasingly popular guides to help biologists identify and target uncharacterised proteins that might possess a putative function in different biological processes. In this inter-disciplinary project, we aim to produce an integrated interactome for mitotic microtubule-associated proteins (MAPs) in Drosophila that we aim to use to characterize novel proteins with a putative role in cell division.
