O-20: Assessing the Lymphocytic Telomerase Activity in Response to B7-1 and 4-1BBL Costimulation

The short lifetime of the transferred T cells after the ex vivo activation of the cells has been recognized as an important issue in T cell therapy trials. Provision of costimulatory molecules has been far more efficient to prolong the cell survival. We assessed the different impacts of CD80 and 4-1BBL on the telomerase induction in the lymphocytes.
